CANDIDATE ATTRACTION

We are intensifying our recruitment efforts to attract top talents, going beyond job platforms and social networks. We build a strong network, involving board members, alumni, universities, and strategic connections with companies related to our clients.

CANDIDATE ASSESMENT

Our candidate assessment covers cultural values, personality traits, language skills, practical tests, logical reasoning, interviews, technical knowledge, academic background, and professional experience to select the best talents in the market.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING

We conduct a comprehensive pre-employment investigation that includes diploma verification and public domain information such as criminal, credit, and employment records. It's important to highlight that we strictly adhere to the guidelines established by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) to ensure the privacy and security of candidates throughout the selection process.

SHORTLIST

Within a 15 to 30-day timeframe, we conduct a rigorous selection process culminating in the formation of a shortlist with three to five finalists. This selection is carefully crafted, taking into consideration the seniority and specific expertise of each candidate, ensuring that each finalist is highly qualified and aligned with the position's requirements.

CLIENT ASSESMENT

We conduct interviews with Human Resources professionals and key decision-makers from the client’s team to comprehensively assess their unique needs, expectations. This ensures meticulous alignment in our recruitment process, tailor-made to the specific requirements of each client.

FOLLOW UP BYD HR

After selection, our HR department negotiates the offer and prepares the employment letter. During the replacement guarantee period, we conduct monthly feedback calls with hired professionals and clients to assess performance and adaptation.

7.

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE PERIOD

We guarantee a replacement period that extends from 3 to 12 months, providing a significant timeframe to assess the suitability of selected candidates to the company's needs.
